1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Mototo as the platform operator. By registering an account, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions in this document and its related policies, including Privacy Policy and page Responsible Gaming.

These terms take effect from the first time you access the Mototo platform and remain in effect for as long as your account is active, or until new terms are established and communicated to all members.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use Mototo's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• A citizen or lawful resident of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• Has never been blocked or deactivated from the Mototo platform previously.
• Registering under your own name, not on behalf of another person or fictitious entity.
• Is not in any condition that restricts legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

Mototo reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time and to request supporting documents to confirm user eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at Mototo. Holding more than one account—whether in your own name or using another person's identity—is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and a full balance freeze.

• The information you register must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account.
• Report to the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Mototo is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence.
• The account name must match the owner's official identity and must not contain offensive or misleading words.

4 Deposit & Funds

Mototo accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods, including local bank transfers, digital wallets, and other payment methods listed on the Deposit. All deposits are processed in real-time and credited to your account balance immediately.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposited funds must only come from an account or wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Mototo does not accept payments from third parties or unidentified sources.
• You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
• If a deposit does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact our support team immediately with proof of transaction.

5 Withdrawal

Withdrawals can be made at any time as long as your account is active and not frozen. Withdrawals at Mototo are typically processed in under 5 minutes to a verified account. More details are available on the Withdrawal.

• The destination account for withdrawals must be in the same name as the registered Mototo account.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering (rollover) requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Mototo reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes without prior notice.
• Withdrawals involving suspected suspicious activity will be held pending completion of an investigation.

6 Promotions & Bonuses

Mototo regularly offers a variety of exciting promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions listed on the Promotions.

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (minimum wager) that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• Mototo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse—including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses—will result in bonus cancellation and account sanctions.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out directly before wagering requirements are met.

7 Game Rules

All games available at Mototo use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. No party, including Mototo itself, can manipulate game results.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, Mototo will return the wager to the account balance in accordance with the applicable policy.
• The use of automated software, bots, or other external tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• Mototo reserves the right to void bets deemed irregular or resulting from the exploitation of system bugs.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting the Mototo support team. Before closure, ensure all remaining balance has been withdrawn, as unclaimed balances at the time of account closure will be subject to the applicable procedure.

Mototo reserves the right to suspend or close an account unilaterally if a violation of these terms is found, including but not limited to: fraud, use of multiple accounts, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal activities. In proven cases of fraud, Mototo reserves the right to withhold the entire balance and report the incident to the relevant authorities.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Mototo reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via platform notifications or through available communication channels. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
